Senior management shall provide the necessary human resources, equipment, workspace, and environment to support quality. They will regularly review quality performance to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Management will promote ownership of quality responsibilities among all employees through ongoing training, clear communication, and the setting of quality standards. Active support for the Quality Management Program is essential
- All Surepay personnel are dedicated to fostering a quality-oriented culture. They will strive for continuous improvement and provide superior services that reinforce our commitment to excellence.
- We will work closely with our contracted service providers, ensuring their adherence to Surepay’s quality standards through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Management shall systematically monitor, assess, and challenge our quality processes and standards, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring their effectiveness.
- Quality performance indicators will be clearly defined and monitored by designated officers to track progress and
identify improvement opportunities. - All personnel shall treat non-conformance reports as opportunities for improvement. Timely root cause analysis and effective action plans will be implemented to prevent recurrence and enhance overall quality.
