Support Staff

Qualification:

  • At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willing to perform multi-tasking support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to various departments.
  • Assist in document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic communications.
  • Support compliance-related and internal process requirements as instructed.
  • Perform other clerical and support tasks assigned by management.
