Qualification:
- Graduate of IT, Management, or any related course.
- Basic knowledge or training in ISO 9001:2015 or quality management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Able to follow structured procedures and quality controls.
- Willing to learn audit, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with documented procedures and ISO guidelines.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and controlling quality-related documents and records.
- Document nonconformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
- Support internal audits and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with process owners to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
