    From Foundation to Finish: Surepay’s Journey to ISO 9001:2015 Certification

    On December 2, 2025, Surepay proudly completed its ISO 9001:2015 Stage 1 Certification Audit. This is a pivotal moment that marked the company’s readiness to pursue the global benchmark for quality management. That day, the company highlighted its processes that were aligned with international standards, and demonstrated that its quality management system had the solid foundation necessary to move forward as a rising company.

    The Stage 1 audit served as Surepay Inc.’s “readiness review”, where an external auditor evaluated the company’s quality manual, procedures, and evidence of implementation. It was the moment when all those months of preparation, perfectly labeled files, punctual meetings, and cooperative printers, proved their worth. The audit confirmed that Surepay understood the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, had established appropriate processes, and was prepared for the comprehensive evaluation ahead.

    Following our Stage 1 success, the Surepay team entered a focused period of refinement. We addressed improvement requests, gathered additional evidence of the company system’s effectiveness, and ensured that every process we had documented was being practiced consistently across the organization.

    The Stage 2 audit represented a deeper, more comprehensive evaluation. While Stage 1 examined whether Surepay Inc. had the right documents and plans in place, Stage 2 assessed whether the company was truly living the quality mindset. An auditor conducted extensive interviews with team members, observed processes in action, and reviewed records that demonstrated the company’s commitment to continuous improvement.

    Moving forward, Surepay Inc. is proud to announce that the company has been officially certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This milestone is the culmination of a journey that began with that December 2025 Stage 1 audit and progressed through months of dedicated implementation. The certification validates that Surepay has not only built a quality management system but has proven its effectiveness in delivering consistent, reliable services to its partners, clients, and stakeholders.

    ISO 9001:2015, developed by the International Organization for Standardization, sets stringent requirements for organizations to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory expectations . Achieving this certification demonstrates that Surepay’s commitment to quality extends beyond intentions—it is operational reality.

    LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) System Development

    A major milestone for Surepay Technologies Inc. as it was joined by Amellar Solutions to be awarded for the Asian Development Bank funded LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT) system development project.

    LIFT is one of the core solution implemented for the Local Government Reform (LGRP) Project by Department of Finance Bureau of Local Government Finance. LIFT implemenation encompasses mandatory application by over 1400 local government units nationwide.

    With development of the LIFT system now underway, Surepay Technologies Inc. is moving forward with a strong emphasis on preparation alongside execution. Requirements are being translated into detailed specifications, core modules are being outlined, and development standards are being set to guide how the system will be built.

    Teams are establishing testing approaches, documentation structures, and coordination workflows early, so that each component developed is aligned with government processes and expectations. This stage is less about speed and more about structure—ensuring that LIFT is being developed on a clear, controlled, and well-planned foundation from the very start.
