Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience in sales, marketing, or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn about fintech and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market trends, clients, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and partnership offers.
• Support marketing and business development activities.
• Track leads, proposals, and sales performance for reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams on projects and initiatives.
• Ensure activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Suggest improvements to products, services, and business processes.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a business-related course
• Must not be over 40 years old

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review existing systems to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Gather user and project requirements and communicate them to stakeholders and IT teams.
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing system improvements and new solutions.
• Help resolve system issues and support projects to ensure smooth system changes.
• Prepare system documentation and assist with user training.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Basic understanding of business processes, software, hardware, and system testing.
• Familiarity with Agile tools or methodologies (e.g., Jira) is an advantage.
