Quality Assurance (QA) Staff

Qualification:

  • Graduate of IT, Management, or any related course.
  • Basic knowledge or training in ISO 9001:2015 or quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Able to follow structured procedures and quality controls.
  • Willing to learn audit, compliance, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with documented procedures and ISO guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and controlling quality-related documents and records.
  • Document nonconformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support internal audits and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with process owners to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
