Qualification:
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Willing to perform multi-tasking support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments.
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic communications.
- Support compliance-related and internal process requirements as instructed.
- Perform other clerical and support tasks assigned by management.
